What is your cancellation policy? Your credit card is required at the time of booking, in non-refundable reservations the total cost of the stay applies, before 48 hours in normal rate reservations the cancellation is free of charge, within 48 hours or later is the total cost of the stay.
At the standard rate, we offer free cancellations 48 hours prior to your arrival date. In case of not arriving and / or not making a prior cancellation, the total of your reservation will be charged. In the non-refundable rate, cancellations are not allowed.
Does the rate include taxes? Our rates are expressed in dollars and do not include taxes.
At what point do they charge me the amount corresponding to my stay? At the time of booking the payment is made. Non-refundable rates are charged at the time of reservation.
What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in at 3:00 p.m. Check-out at 12:00 p.m.
Can I stay after check-out? Yes, please ask Management to see the possibility according to availability, in AR 218 HOTEL we work to ensure that your stay with us is like being at home.
Can children stay? Children can be accommodated under the supervision and responsibility of their parents for any inconvenience they may cause to other guests or to the property.
Can I smoke in the hotel? According to the Federal Tobacco Law, you cannot smoke in the Hotel, but we have a nice terrace where you can smoke.
Do you have elevators? Yes, 2 an elevator for each tower.
Do you have a spa? No, however there are different options in Colonia Condesa, we offer to check availability and possible in-room massage options with reservation.
Do you have a business center? Yes. We do not charge extra for using it 1 hour, if you want more time it has a cost prior availability.
Do you have a shuttle service to or from the airport? No, however we are available 24 hours to request secure taxi service.
Do you have parking? 34 parking spots that is available for 1 car per reserved room.
Do I require my passport to check-in? Yes, we need a document issued by the government at the time of check-in.
Do you accept pets at AR 218 HOTEL? Yes, prior authorization from management and signature of pet regulations, it has a cost of 30 USD plus taxes per night for deep cleaning, cats are not welcome due to allergies.
Do you have a currency exchange service? No, at the moment we do not have that service.
Can I cancel or modify a hotel reservation?
We can only modify reservations made directly with the hotel, all reservations with third parties (Booking, Expedia, etc.) must be modified by the guest and electronic commerce.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
AR 218 HOTEL confirms via email the reservations made on our website by phone, reservations via electronic commerce are confirmed by them.
Does the Hotel have a restaurant?
AR 218 HOTEL does not have a restaurant, we have a Starbucks in reception and we offer complementary fruit in it and 200 options within the Condesa neighborhood.
Does the hotel terrace have a bar service?
The hotel terrace is for use by our guests, we do not have a bar service in order to maintain the peace and tranquility of the Hotel but they can upload their own drinks.
Can I receive visitors?
Of course, prior registration at the reception official identification.
Do you rent the terrace or rooms for events?
No, the hotel facilities are for the exclusive use of guests.
Is the bike rental and laundry with cost?
No, bicycles are complementary for our guests, laundry is self-service at no cost for our guests, dry cleaning is external with cost.
Is it safe to walk in the Condesa neighborhood?
Yes, La Condesa is the only neighborhood 100% for walking, as in any great metropolis it is necessary to take precautions to avoid any bad time.
