All our rooms are subject to availability unless our guest has guaranteed his reservation with the documentation provided by the hotel (Registration sheet, identification, Authorization of charge to credit card) A deposit, bank transfer or credit card, unless If these requirements are previously met, the reservation and the rooms will be available for other potential guests and the rates will be subject to change without prior notice as they are not considered confirmed by AR 218 HOTEL. We require a valid payment method to guarantee the reservation, the payment options are exclusively those indicated below:

In case of bank deposit, transfer or PayPal and advance charge to credit card, it is mandatory that our guest notify his payment with our reservations department, this notification must be sent by email including a copy of the bank transfer or deposit and in the case credit card filling in the documentation that accredits the cardholder and the authorization of the same. For your reservation to be valid, the guest must receive an email from AR 218 HOTEL confirming it.
For cancellations made 48 hours before arrival date, 100% of the total stay will be charged. In advance of 48 hours there is no penalty.
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the reservation will be charged even if the reserved Service WAS NOT GRANTED BY THE HOTEL DUE TO THE ABSENCE OR NON-PRESENTATION OF THE CARDHOLDER WHO MADE THE RESERVATION. Special rates and non-refundable offers will be charged 100% at the time of booking and no refunds can be made.
